I am a Leadership Coach, facilitator, and speaker dedicated to helping leaders unlock their full potential. At the core of my work is authentic, strengths-based leadership, empowering individuals to thrive in leadership roles or step into leadership positions. I firmly believe that self-awareness is the foundation of a successful leadership journey.

As one of the leading strengths coaches in the Nordic region, I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London and a BSc in Communication from Aalborg University. I am also certified as a Systemic Coach, LEGO® Serious Play® Practitioner, and Design Thinking Practitioner. My expertise lies in helping leaders embrace their authentic power, leverage their strengths, act with intentionality, take ownership of their future, and cultivate psychologically safe cultures.

Notably, I had the honor of serving as Denmark’s first Human Capital and Diversity Lead, where I was a pioneer in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) at Accenture. In this role, I played a key part in shaping a strengths-based culture and developing inclusive strategies and initiatives — delivering measurable, high-impact results.
