MY STORY
About Charlotte Søndergaard
I work with current and emerging leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity — and create real momentum in their careers.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: when leaders truly understand themselves, they lead with more impact, integrity, and ease.
My background and approach
I am a former Human Capital & DEIB Lead at Accenture Denmark — the first DEIB Lead in Denmark — where I worked with leadership and talent development, organisational culture, wellbeing, and inclusion at scale. Accenture Nordic was a first mover in the DEIB space, and together we created meaningful, measurable change across the organisation. I also led the implementation of a strengths-based culture and coached employees at every level through the CliftonStrengths profile. That experience shaped how I think about leadership — not as theory, but as lived practice inside complex organisations, under real pressure, with real expectations.
Today, I collaborate with leading organisations including Novo Nordisk, Microsoft, Ørsted, Deloitte, Implement, and HelloFresh, supporting leaders and teams in strengthening leadership capability, psychological safety, and performance cultures. I combine strengths-based leadership development, psychological safety, and deep experience in organisational leadership and DEIB transformation.

I help you move from feeling stuck, uncertain, or undervalued in your career — to leading with clarity and confidence, understanding and leveraging your strengths, building a strong and authentic leadership identity, and creating real forward momentum in your career and decisions.
My role is to challenge, support, and guide you — so you can step more fully into the leader you already have the potential to be.
