A gentle pause for gratitude, reflection, and an intentional step into the year ahead
As the year comes to a close and the holidays invite a slower pace, I want to pause for a moment and simply say thank you.
Thank you for being my client, for following my work, or for being part of this community. Thank you for your courage to lead with authenticity, hope, and heart in a world that can be challenging and often asks us to move faster than feels right, while at the same time offering so much to be grateful for.
Christmas and New Year are a time for warmth, connection, and meaning, and also a quiet invitation to reflect, to be hopeful, and to consider what truly matters — looking back with gratitude and forward with optimism.
A moment of reflection
Recently, I joined a community call where we reflected on 2025 and looked ahead to 2026. It reminded me how much intention matters.
During that reflection, I found my Word of the Year for 2026.
My word is Wow.
For me, Wow represents fun, curiosity, openness, and the courage to fully step into meaningful opportunities. It’s a reminder to stay present, awake to what’s possible, and to lead and live with even greater authenticity and gratitude.
My sentence for 2026 is: Hope leads to action.
Because hope on its own isn’t passive. True hope moves us — toward courage and inspiration, belief in opportunities, meaning, kindness, and action aligned with our values.
A small invitation for you
During the quiet days between Christmas and New Year, I invite you to take just 10 minutes for yourself:
Ask yourself: What do I want to step into in 2026?
Let one word emerge — gently, without force.
Write one sentence that helps you live that word throughout the year.
I wish you a Merry Christmas full of kindness and fun, and an intentional, hopeful, and meaningful step into a fantastic New Year — filled with new opportunities.
Warmest,
Charlotte❤️
